- Hair photographs you upload for the AI Hair Lab analysis
- Health-related information you share through the consultation form

The photographs you upload are used only during the analysis process; they are not shared with third parties and are deleted after the stated period.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your personal data is processed solely for the following purposes:
- Creating and delivering hair-analysis reports
- Managing consultation and appointment processes
- Providing customer service and patient follow-up
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Ensuring site security and technical improvements
4. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is destroyed immediately once the purpose of processing no longer applies, or when you request its deletion. Except where a legal obligation requires otherwise, your data is never retained for longer than necessary.
Photographs uploaded during AI analysis are deleted from the system within 30 days of the report being delivered, at the latest.
5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Your data is never shared, sold or rented to any third party for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
Within the scope of service delivery, limited technical data sharing may occur with the following infrastructure providers:
- Cloudflare — hosting and security infrastructure
- Anthropic (Claude) — generating the Core Analysis report
- OpenAI (GPT-4o) — generating the Premium Analysis report
These providers process the data solely for the purpose of service delivery and are subject to their own privacy policies.
6. Cookies
Our site uses essential cookies required for core functionality. There is no third-party cookie use for analytics or advertising.
