3. AI Hair Lab — Important Notice
AI Hair Lab analysis reports are preliminary assessments generated by artificial intelligence and do not replace a medical diagnosis. The reports are designed to complement a face-to-face consultation with a specialist doctor.
The analysis results are for guidance only. The actual graft count, the appropriate method and the treatment plan can only be determined after a clinical examination. Restart Esthetic cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from the direct use of analysis findings for medical decisions.
4. User Obligations
Individuals using the site accept the following obligations:
- To provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
- To upload only their own photographs for the AI analysis
- Not to use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm others
- Not to copy, reproduce or distribute the site's content without permission
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, visuals, design elements, the AI Lab interface and the brand identity — belongs to Restart Esthetic and is protected under intellectual property law.

Payments for AI Hair Lab services are collected instantly through a secure payment infrastructure. The pricing policy is as follows:

- Premium Analysis (69 USD): A comprehensive, expert-reviewed analysis report powered by GPT-4o

8. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise between the parties.
