The AI-assisted analysis services we provide are digital content delivered instantly. For this reason, once payment is completed and the analysis process begins, the service is non-refundable in nature.
If you experience any problem, please contact us first. Where the issue is caused by us, producing a solution is our priority.
2. Analysis Packages
Basic AI density scan and hair mapping. The report is generated automatically after payment.
Comprehensive GPT-4o-assisted analysis, an expert-reviewed strategy report. The process begins after payment.
In both packages, the analysis process starts automatically once payment is confirmed. The start of the process means the service is deemed delivered.
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
A refund request will be considered in the following cases:
- If the analysis report could not be generated at all due to a technical fault
- If payment was charged twice or processed for the wrong amount
- If a serious error caused by us is identified in the report content
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date at the latest. Requests outside this period will not be considered.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund is given in the following cases:
- If the analysis report has been successfully delivered
- Requests made on the grounds that the report results do not match expectations
- Cases where the analysis is limited due to low photo quality (uploading a sufficiently high-quality photo is the user's responsibility)
- Exceeding the 7-day request period
5. Refund Process
To submit a refund request, contact us with the following information:
- Payment date and amount
- Transaction reference number (if any)
- The reason for the refund request
You can send your request via our contact page or directly through our WhatsApp line. Requests are usually answered within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Clinical Services
Cancellation and refund conditions for hair transplant operations and clinical treatments are communicated separately in writing during the consultation process. Separate conditions may apply to cancellations made close to your operation date.
